Advancing Nucleic Acid Delivery

Pamphora is developing a next-generation PEG-free lipid nanoparticle (LNP) platform for nucleic acid delivery. Our technology is designed to overcome key limitations associated with current PEGylated LNP systems, including reduced efficacy during repeat dosing and unwanted immune responses.

By enabling improved delivery performance, repeat administration, and expanded organ targeting potential, Pamphora aims to support the next wave of mRNA and nucleic acid therapeutics across a wide range of applications.

THE PROBLEM

Current mRNA Delivery Systems Have Limitations
